I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, located conveniently near the church, food, and shopping areas. The room was very clean and spacious, although the view was limited. The housekeeping staff promptly provided extra towels and pillows upon request. However, some tired aspects like the untidy carpet, stains on sheets and towels, and outdated shower were a bit disappointing.

The hotel was perfect for our gathering, offering a great place to kick back, relax, and sleep comfortably. However, as someone somewhat claustrophobic, I found the pool and spa inaccessible, which was a bit disappointing for me and felt like a missed opportunity.

I was a bit disappointed that the rooms with the view and the bathroom weren't ready until 6 pm, but they were still a good size with a tub and shower. The service was excellent, with the staff being professional, friendly, and even bringing me chocolates and ice. The hotel's location in Buckhead was perfect for shopping and dining, although the dining options could be better. Overall, the Intercontinental Buckhead impressed me despite a few minor hiccups.
